Splatz gave the Cinder block walls and bathrooms a fresh coat of paint

The Wood paneling proved to be a difficult task needing 3 coats of paint and a coat of primer. But the results were well worth the work!

With new paint in the kitchen and throughout, this Oak Island home is brighter and modern!

Splatz really enjoyed working on this extensive deck and rail project. Pressure washing and water sealing really added appeal to this beach front rental.

Inside staircase that were worn and needed a make over

The addition of a rich faux finish consisting of a chipped undercoat of white wash, green, and blue water base stain, and a chipped top finish of Kona oil base stain + 3 coats of polyurethane, these stairs have a new life as a working piece of art. The rail system and runners are finished with bright white oil based paint.

This outdated kitchen was in need of new cabinets and more light

Splatz was able to give a modern look by painting the cabinets a white and the walls with a newer paint color. The new looks adds light and modernizes the whole kitchen
